A practice of integration, of returning to and existing our wholeness. Addresses the energetic body, the structural body and the somatic experience of practice. Steady, deliberate and mindful, a practice of true alignment, cultivating connection and presence.
restorative exercise
Addresses any functional deficiency to help one move and feel better in daily life (ie squatting, walking, reaching, balancing or even performance). Cultivates alignment, strength and neurological connections. Tailored to the individual, may be used as a safe on ramp to a yoga practice at any stage or simply as a means to enhance wellbeing.
somatics
Gentle, safe and effective movement to experience living and being in the body, to refresh connection and restore natural easy and pain-free movement. Practiced mostly lying down or seated, this practice is accessible to anyone.
